ATHENA PCN & PARTNERSHIP MERGER WITH GREENSAND HEALTH CENTRE

The Headcorn Surgery Partnership (Ms Anne Bristow and Dr Karen Potterton) would like to announce that we are in the process of developing a close working relationship with Greensand Health Centre and that our two partnerships will be merging, although the sites will continue to be run separately. This is in order to futureproof the Surgery and the partnership in order to provide stability and long-term service viability for our patients.

In addition, Headcorn Surgery has left The Ridge PCN in order to form a new PCN with our sister practice Greensand Health Centre. Athena PCN is comprised of just our two core practices with a combined list size of 25,000 people. We are currently busy recruiting for the additional clinical and non-clinical roles that can be funded via PCN reimbursement, enabling us to further support our patients healthcare needs.
